the only game i play really is wuthering waves but i am an artist so i love the artistry and storytelling of certain games.
a lot of these games are ones that i've watched online but took a strong interest to.

Wuthering Waves is an open world, rpg, gacha game about the MC (Rover) waking up in post-apocalyptic Solaris-3 (Earth) without any of their memories. They must journey through the different regions to try to uncover their memories, and figure out a way to eliminate the overarching Lament (the cause of the apocalypse).
I started this game when I was phasing out of Genshin (which I think was normal for a lot of Genshin players at the time), and I wasn't hooked at first, but a few months later I came back to it and have been playing it consistently. It has become one of my favorite games if not my favorite currently.
I love the world and the characters so much. The art and visuals in this game are incredible and I love to wander around the world and explore. The story is also very interesting and has me excited for the next chapter to be released.
Since I love it so much, I'm making a page just for it so I can nerd out and post all my screenshots :)

Persona 5 is an rpg turn-based attack game where you play the MC, Joker, who was falsely accused of assault. For his probation, he is sent to Tokyo for a year where he meets other outcasts and they enter "shadow" realms and use powers called "Personas" to defeat the corrupt adults that plague the world.
This game was a formative part in my teenage years and I have so much love and admiration for it. It is still a game that heavily inspires me today as it is incredibly stylish and artistically gifted.
As an adult looking back though, why tf were we, playing as a teenager, allowed to date adults?? That's still crazy to think about. I guess if you're an adult playing, it can feel less weird?? Idk bro. Takemi is still my one of my faves tho

Genshin Impact is an open world, rpg, gacha game about the MC (Traveler) coming to Teyvat (Earth) with their twin sibling, but then they encounter a God who seals one of them away while the other awakens many years later. The Traveler meets a small floating being named Paimon, and they team together to journey across Teyvat to find their lost sibling.
I started playing in December 2020 and mostly stopped around the time Natlan came out. While I don't play this game much anymore, I still have a deep love for it as I was on it non-stop during the hardest time of my life. My mother passed in June 2021 and playing this game was a much needed escape. Genshin is so full of life and the worldbuilding is so in depth. One of my favorite things to do is just walk around the open world and immerse myself in the environment.
I've made so many ocs for this game and fell in love with so many of the characters. Oh, and the amount of absolutely goated and amazing fan artists that play Genshin is insane. I am always blown away when I see fan art of this game.
The only gripes I had with Genshin was the quests, as well as the obvious lack of diversity in the game despite having so many places inspired by poc but oh well. I always joke to myself that Genshin ruined my enjoyment for all quests in any game because man are they looong. Though I think a lot of that has to do with my very shitty attention span.
(Or actually it's because when it came out, I was a teenager who just graduated high school and had so much free time and no care in the world about staying up all night to play it.)
I stopped playing after Natlan came out and only recently played through the story for it because I've been kinda wanting to come back because of Sneznaya coming out, but again the quests are just killing me lol.
